THE ETERNAL BEACON OF KNOWLEDGE

NLF 2025 is presented by AAMATYA FOUNDATION in collaboration with NALANDA UNIVERSITY UNDER AEGIS OF MINISTRY OF EXTERNAL AFFAIRS (MEA).

While medieval Europe argued by candlelight, ten thousand minds in Bihar were reshaping how humanity thinks, heals, and questions. That place was Nalanda—and its story is rising again.
Now, the Aamatya Foundation, in collaboration with the Nalanda University under the aegis of the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), is reigniting that ancient fire of fearless inquiry. This isn't nostalgia; it's revival. Nalanda once drew seekers from Tibet to Turkey—intellectual warriors forging ideas that out-lived empires.
Through this renewed partnership, the festival becomes a living bridge between centuries, proving one truth: knowledge has always belonged to those bold enough to pursue it.

As the world argued in dim halls, Bihar once unleashed ideas that rewired how human - ity learns, heals, and imagines. That spark was Nalanda—and its pulse is rising again.
In collaboration with the Nalanda University, under the aegis of the Ministry of External Affairs, the Aamatya Foundation is hosting a special prelude to the Nalanda International Literature Festival 2025 on 30 November 2025, with CIMP as the Venue Partner. Here, prominent authors gather to explore a com-pelling question: How do female authors perceive ancient knowledge differently from male authors? And what shifts in psychological frameworks shape their storytelling, intuition, and interpretation of wisdom across eras?
This isn't nostalgia. It's a revival of Nalanda's fear-less culture of debate—where diverse minds once travelled from every corner of the world to question, clash, and create.
Today, this collaboration becomes a bridge between that legacy and a future where knowledge is bold, inclusive, and unbound. Bihar isn't revisiting history— it's reclaiming its throne as a birthplace of idea

Some Ongoing Projects

Greatness isn't just history—it's an unfinished revolution. From ancient whispers to bold new futures, we don't revive the past—we ignite what's next.

GTRi A DIALOG PLATFORM

During our quest to uncover ancient rock paintings, we encountered communities in Bihar trapped in stagnation—where development seemed like an unattainable hope, and the state's struggles were worsened by political neglect. Realizing the pressing need for action, we founded the Grand Trunk Road Initiatives (GTRi), a vital platform for meaningful dialogue, led by Biharis, dedicated to Bihar. GTRi brings together the most brilliant minds across all fields—not to complain, but to drive tangible, systemic reform and spark Bihar's revival.

GTRI'S PODCAST CHANNEL

Building on the remarkable impact of GTRi's annual and tech summits—which have inspired both society and the Bihar government—we are taking our mission further. Seeing the growing demand for practical wisdom and motivation, GTRi is introducing a Podcast Channel. This vibrant platform will bring social media audiences closer to the experiences of accomplished leaders, sharing powerful stories of resilience, innovation, and change. Through these conversations, we aim to light the way for listeners as they carve out their own success stories.

PANGAT (FOOD CONCLAVE)

Following the tremendous success of GTRi 1.0-4.0 and the influential Tech Summit, we recognized the need to push boundaries. Bihar's vibrant culture and unique identity, particularly its traditional cuisine, have been overlooked and fading. To tackle this, we introduced PANGAT—a movement dedicated to reviving and honoring Bihar's forgotten culinary heritage. Our vision extends beyond technology and discussion; it's about restoring Bihar's true essence and safeguarding its cultural roots for generations to come

XTREME ROADS (A TRAVEL CHANNEL)

I run a YouTube channel called XTREME ROADS, where I explore travel destinations across India and abroad. My goal is to guide travelers by providing detailed insights before they visit these places. 17 Books. 100 Journeys. 100 Windows Into Bihar's Heart

In 2013, a dream took shape — Aamatya Media Info Pvt Ltd. —not just a company, but a storyteller, an archivist, a silent force stitching together the vibrant, untold narratives of Bihar. From the whispering ruins of Nalanda to the sacred serenity of Bodh Gaya, we didn't just create coffee table books—we crafted time capsules. And among them, one jewel shines brightest—Buddha in Bihar—a masterpiece graced by the words of His Holiness the Dalai Lama himself.

Unearthing Bihar's Hidden Treasures

In our quest, we stumbled upon the extraordinary—200+ Mesolithic-era rock cave paintings, lost in time. Hidden in Bihar's rugged terrain, hidden for millennia! This adventurous quest, undertaken with government institutions, led our Aamatya Media team to uncover approximately 200 distinct rock art sites. Authenticated by top Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) experts, These vibrant depictions, etched in stone, became a testament to Bihar's untold legacy, igniting our passion for uncovering history.

GTRi - A Battlefield of Belief

First, we unearthed Bihar's forgotten brilliance. Then, we confronted the silent exodus – the brightminds dreaming only of escape. Our answer wasn't a plea; it was GTRi. Not a summit, but a crucible where global titans met local fire. For five explosive years, we summoned titans—Puma's CEO, CaratLane's founder, Shark Tank's dealmakers—and locked them in rooms with Bihar’s restless youth. No platitudes. Just raw truth: "Build here. Conquer from here." Walls shook. Resumes burned. Startups were born. The trains still run. But now? They carry returning warriors.
Because Bihar's revival isn't coming. It's already here.

Pangat : A Culinary Revolution for Bihar's Lost Flavors

Carrying GTRi's fire, we turned our lens onto Bihar's vibrant, untapped culinary soul. We launched "Pangat"’, We didn't just showcase Bihari cuisine—we unleashed it. At Pangat, India’s top culinary maestros—the visionary behind Indian Accent, Bukhara's legendary chef, Bhanas' disruptor, and Dil Foods' fearless founder—transformed forgotten recipes into haute cuisine. This wasn't a food festival. It was a rebellion. From litti to luxury, we proved Bihar's flavors don't need migration— they demand global domination. The world tasted. And bowed.
